Jacobs comes to Mars with an impressive background, having spent over 17 years at SC Johnson, where he was most recently the executive director and head of marketing for North America.

His career is distinguished by impactful positions at Unilever across marketing and sales, as well as experience in strategy consulting for Monitor Deloitte in Canada.
